I started working with First Displays in March 2011. Since that time I have placed over 500 orders. Phil and his staff helped me launch my business and helped to become successful. No matter what type of job I bring them or the crazy deadline I have to meet - they always seem to go the extra mile to get my jobs done and on time.

never completed the work i asked for and never refunded me. total scam.

I've been here twice. My jobs were pretty small and maybe that was why Phillip was very quick to dismiss me? Regardless, a customer is a customer. My first job turned out to be VERY expensive and uncalled for. I believe for a sheet of stickers it was $20/30 to make. When I went home to open it, the images were all pixelated. Not so great, thought I would never return. Second time I had no choice, I needed die cut vinyls (100 units of 16 images). Bigger units this time. He couldn't quote me until I sent him the complete original files. He couldn't work off of clear screenshots and measurements. I didn't understand this concept, however, I sent him the originals. To this day, he has ignored all my followup emails. I called him and he said he'd respond in 30 mins... nothing. Terrible communicator and not a place to effectively place jobs at.

First Displays Inc is the MOST unprofessional business I have ever worked with. They overcharged my client for a banner and a stand. I complained and I was told by Bryan that overcharging clients and poor communication by their staff, "has been happening a lot." Bryan said they were very sorry and would refund me $100. I followed up via email and Bryan replied and confirmed that I would be refunded $100. It has now been 6 months and I still have not received a refund. I have called and emailed the owner and Bryan and received no reply. Finally someone did contact me (neither the owner nor Bryan) and I was told that they will not refund my card. I told them that I have it in writing. They didn't care. So I contacted the BBB. The BBB took on the case to get the refund. They refused to return the BBB emails or phone calls. I highly recommend that you stay FAR away from First Displays.
