If I could give Zero stars, I would. The new accountants in the firm are sloppy, unprofessional, non responsive, and not knowledgeable. They mailed my tax forms to the wrong IRS Division and provided the wrong supporting documentation. A simple reading of the forms instructions would have told them how to do it correctly. Now, I have a significant amount of refund money trapped at the IRS and NY Department of Taxation due to their carelessness.Also, this year they said that thet were going to file my extensions before the tax deadline but they did not do so!
They do not return emails. Someone might handle your call but it gets nowhere. Do yourself a favor, go to a real and trustworthy accounting professional to get your tax matter to be handled correctly.

Do not use them for complicated or even semi-complicated returns. I found them through H&R Block. I spoke with a senior accountant at the firm initially, but after I sent them my tax materials, the senior staff was completely unresponsive to calls and emails. I ended up getting passed off to a very junior accountant who made many, many mistakes. Every draft that was sent to me had serious errors. Eventually, I thought I caught all the mistakes and had them file the return. Unfortunately, as I'm not an accountant, I didn't catch all the mistakes that Savignano made, and had to pay additional fines to New York State. I pray to god nobody needs a copy of my 2020 return because I have no faith in Savignano's work. I'm sure I also overpaid this year due to their mistakes but the whole ordeal was so exhausting that I'm just glad its over.
