      image Made a reservation 2 weeks ago coming from North Carolina got to ny and called the motel only to tell me they cant find my reservation and they have no rooms available! I asked her if they could recommend somewhere else and she said no! I had to pay double the amount for an another motel! Then I called and asked if they would have a room available for tonight she said I dont know I dont know whos checking out!!!!! Very rude and how did they lose my reservation? Never had a problem before and have never seen them sold out! Not happy
