2 of the 3 times I was there I experienced rude customer service.
Recently spent hours on the phone with Verizon tech support- who then sent me to the local store to pick up a SIM card replacement only to be told in this store that they can't do that and that that's not how it works... Had no interest in being helpful, accommodating our remotely friendly.
Wish there was a closer store.

Workers is very disrespectful and dismissive (Russian female with blonde hair ). Female worker doesnt have knowledge of cellphones and cellphones accessories. (Red head male worker) went in there twice and both times worse experience ever. Waited at the front for more than ten minutes before being acknowledged by anyone everyone just kept looking up watching never acknowledging us.

Not helpful. They dont try to help with phone issues. Just want to sell nee phones. ! No customer service

I would love to know why when you first walk in, there's a checkin tablet at the door? You put in your information the reason why you're there, then you wait for someone to call your name to help you. That's how it's supposed to work. But every time I go, it seems like it's based on whoever the representative wants to help. The representative working there NEVER calls names from the tablet. What is it there for?
