Service was very quick and the staff courteous. I came in around noon and someone helped me sign in right away. They had a nice selection of the latest phones on display to play with while I waited for a few minutes. My rep, Omar, replaced my cable modem while I explained to him about my problem. Omar's comments confirmed what the tech told me on the phone earlier, so they must take notes and refer to them on customer issues.
Omar also noticed me checking out their phones and made me a great offer on their mobile service that matched my plan but at a lower cost.
The attention to detail was very noticeable, and I appreciate the offer on services that are important to me.

Please don't visit this location because they messed up your account without your consent. They put me on 36 month installment plan without my consent. And charge me restocking fees. Please avoid cust rep. Gensee/Jimsy and Debra.
