I used this cleaners since their opening and they smile at you and act like your friend but now I returned a Tommy Bahama shirt to him to find out how it faded and the son got rude and said it was not his fault and acted like I was never a long time customer and was never there before and would not even make an attempt to help with the situation, he was loud and rude and I heard his mother yell at him because of how rude he was, He was so rude to me that I had to hold myself back from going behind counter! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS! and I will take legal action for damaged shirt!

I gave this cleaners 1 star because you can’t do zero! I’ve been going there for years because location is convenient, but the owner is unfriendly and prices are high. The price for laundered shirts has gone up considerably and often the shirt collars need to be pressed by me after I pick them up. This week I came in to pick up my shirts and was shocked to find out that one of the shirts that has a very small linen content was dry cleaned instead of laundered. I was charged $6 for that one men’s button down shirt! When I questioned the owner he became irate, insulted and verbally abusive. So did his mom! Yelling at me! All I did was ask why they did NOT inform me of this when I brought in the shirt — which clearly said on the tag “machine wash and tumble dry”. They kept yelling and would not answer my question. Basically told me not to come back, even though I bring them over $50 a week in cleaning and tailoring. My advice: find another cleaners! I did, and they are MUCH more professional —- AND pleasant!!!!
