The daycare is good they take care of the children with optimal care & making sure they follow the care instructions for each child. I would have gave them four stars but since the daycare closes to much for a multiple amount of days I only give this daycare a two star. I dont like that when the public schools are closed the daycare is closed as well, thats unfair for the parents that work because its not beneficial for us if we have no back up option when schools are closed. Thats what daycare are for to be a back up option, so thats very inconvenient for working parents. I understand that this daycare has a preschool as well such as 3K which is under the department of education. Only the 3k & preschool program should follow the closing days for public schools not the daycare. This is the only daycare that takes unnecessary closings to follow the public schools. I feel like they just do that for their own personal needs & use the public school as an excuse. I hope the HRA department isnt still paying them for childcare when they are closed because thats a scam & a rip off because they are not caring for the children at the daycare since they are closed following the public school closing days. Also, this establishment has new operating staff members that are very rude & dismissive while talking to parents. They tend to cut the parents off a lot while the parents are talking and not listen to the parents because they think they are always right or dont care what the parents has to say. The staff could be very disorganized and tend to lose or misplace the children personal belongings very frequently.
I miss Evette she was the best program director.

Bright beginning is a great school however once your child reaches the 3k program be very careful of the teachers and where your child is placed. My child was here since 6 months old. She enjoyed her time up until it was her 3k experience, which was not so great. They need to work on how staff handle the children especially when it comes to letting the kids do as they please. The 3k program need way more structure than it is letting kids do as they please should not be happening and watching the kids and helping, their learning experience also. My kid is very smart they were not challenging her to her full potential they would let her get bored and do whatever she wants. I do not recommend the 3k program. If you are looking for your child just to be watched, then hey infancy till twos program recommended.
So, if you guys couldn't address or fix these issues within the three years of my child being there, they sure cannot be addressed now that I pulled her from the program. Things are supposed to get better in time especially when given the benefit or the concerns of parents whom child is enrolled in the program.

My son has attended this daycare from six weeks all the way to 4 years old, my daughter has attended kindergarten and After-School. This place has the most dedicated staff, my children love this place. More like family.. I would recommend to anyone looking for day care, pre k, kindergarten, or After-School.

My daughter is now 6 and was at Bright Beginnings from 15 months full time and summer camps until she graduated Pre-K last year.  She had a wonderful time and learned so much.  The teachers were great and really took care with the kids.  She left there knowing well more than most kids her age including her colors, numbers, manners and even how to read.  They're a well established business as well since I had my son attend Pre-K here as well over 15years ago.
