Paid 99.99 month with promo for top tier speeds. Was great till they started doing maintenance and upgrades. Had a week of spotty to no service with no resolution.
Switched to Verizon 5g for 45.00 a month bundled into our cel plan. Verizon service is delivery faster mor reliable service for less than half the cost.

Purchased a phone a few months ago. Went back and traded up for a Galaxy S24. My guy there was amazing. He transferred everything. Kept my same number and programmed my new phone and made it work and sync perfectly. Processed the transaction. It was a pleasure working with him because he was an expert and professional and fun. Usually buying a phone that expensive is a challenge but it went smooth. My trade in saved me $700.00 and the balance was deferred for two months. Card transactions only no cash. Go there. Corner of Culver and East Ridge Rd. Plaza. :) great phone !!!

I went to this place 5 times to get internet devices and cable TV. Connectors were missing even though I asked several times if they were giving me everything I needed. The staff is not competent, some treated me badly. They never invited me to take a seat, .... I will return soon, I hope they change my mind.
