Im a new client of this business. I got my hair gone originally on Wednesday, my hair was one color and I wanted something new for fall. My hair stylist was very friendly and meticulous. Since my hair is naturally dark it took a while for it to lighten, no biggie. The first pictures are of the first round of toner and it didnt come out how I wanted it but I couldnt stay any longer to have another toner and style done. They were able to fit me in a couple days later, which was today (Friday 9/16). Since my hair was wet and I styled it at home after the first visit, when it dried I got a little scared that it was completely messed up and my anxiety left me thinking it was going to be a nightmare to fix. However, when I went in today they assured me it only needed another toner that was slightly darker and it would be okay. They were so right and Im so happy with the final result. I didnt have to pay for the second visit. I was a little on edge when I got there but they were very accommodating and made my hair look beautiful. Im terrible with names but Im pretty sure Sarah is the stylist who took care of me start to finish. I am so happy with the final result and I will be going back!
