Walked in to get a quote and scheduled a visit. The man working there was nice and knowledgeable. Gave me an honest quote. Barak came next day to replace a very damaged mortise lockset. He was very friendly, professional, and worked fast!

Really saying this to be helpful to owner: Went down there on a Thursday. ABCO's website said "open at 10AM." I was there: Gate was down, over the "open" sign. Woman next to me had read 9:30 on the web. She called the locksmith number and was told they would be in at 11AM. The web is just a cluster*&^%$ of bad and dated info? Yes. But business owners (for their own bottom line, never mind customers) should do everything they can to "cull" and correct bad info . . . IMHO
