Doctors are great, but ladys at front desk are wild. They see people standing and they ask no questions.

Everyone very pleasant, & respectful. Had a little wait, but everything was clean & Doctor very knowledgeable.

I had been fasting since 9am and waited one hour to have blood drawn which I didn't even have the chance to do today. It was not packed at all no one was in the waiting area. Front desk is so unprofessional and disorganized. Why isn't that no one from the front hesitated to get up and take blood work. No one acknowledged to come to the back after the doctor said I was waiting to have my blood drawn. Dr. Salib himself walked me next door to have them drawn blood on me after being sent to see the cardiologist for chest pain. I myself work in a medical field and this is not the treatment I give to my patients. You have to be mindful people request time off for work or majority of the time have to return back to work same day. Dr. Salib is a great doctor but the front desk is so incompetence. First time was awful ended up with kidney infection due to not receiving my medications nor following up with my blood results. Decided to give them a second try and they failed to give the proper patient care.
