This branch is awful. There is only one person working behind the desks. I wanted to open a checking account here but I was told by the representative
that Capital One does not open checking accounts at the branch anymore. I have to download their app or go to their website and I must open the account online! This is absolutely nuts. And after I did open the account and deposited a large check, Capital One restricted my checking account and is keeping my money. They are not letting me withdraw a penny. This bank is a scam. Many people have had their accounts restricted for no reason. It is impossible to have the restriction lifted. So far I have had to speak to 4 reps by phone and have gone to the branch a couple of times all to no avail. Avoid Capital One.

CapOne is generally fine for day-to-day banking needs, but if you ever need to work with them regarding, say, a power of attorney or court-ordered guardianship, you are in for a nightmare. This applies to this branch and CapOne in general. If you think you might ever need their help with something even slightly out of the ordinary, bank elsewhere.

This is the best capital one bank I went to do a deposit and a good worker named Mikita help us to do the deposit you need a deposit ticket to deposit
