Dr. Sure is one of the most caring, kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable physicians Ive ever had the pleasure of working with AND being a patient of! I went to him with a very troubling matter and I immediately could sense his love, empathy, and care as well as his genuine desire to help me with my difficult situation. If I could give this gentleman six stars I would!
The praise doesn't stop there! The whole office staff is kind, caring & their only concern is your well being. They will work with you to the best of their abilities to make sure you are healthy & happy! deserves it! Thank you Dr. Sure and the entire team! You are a lifesaver!!

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional medical care I received at this office. The staff is highly professional, compassionate, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. Dr. Sindhu and Dr. Sure are knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to address all my concerns. The facility is clean, organized, and they prioritize patient comfort. I highly recommend this medical care office for their top-notch service and commitment to patient well-being. Truly a 5-star experience!

I've been a patient of Dr. Sure for literally 20 years !
Over the years I've changed physician from time to time ( for no reason other than I've been away from home and needed to see an MD , I ALWAYS go back to Dr. Sure ).
I've seen his practice grow , from day one of opening to today 2024 ).
This ever expanding office is very much community focused. Several specialists are available within this office ( fantastic having this availability). I've seen most of them and again, the option of not having to travel is very much appreciated.
The office itself is brightly lit ( a very positive vibe ). And gives off an East village vibe. ( Bonus).
I find the fishtank soothing.
Every room is immaculately kept .
Modern equipment!
The practice is filled with a professional, friendly approachable and very helpful staff ).
I've had the pleasure of meeting several different PA'S and NA'S over the years all of whom were / are at the top of their profession.
Dr. Sure ALWAYS walks in for a friendly conversation and review of my visit !
He leaves no stones unturned.
His conservative approach to medication is very important and much appreciated.
At the time of writing this review I have to say that his PA'S are amazingly talented , caring and work very well together, documenting everything!
The wait time has never been an issue with me. I'm seen according to my appointment time and occasionally, I'll have to wait just a bit ( that's the nature of visiting ANY medical office ).
I don't want to forget to mention his staff who take my vitals. They are all the very best !
I trust Dr. Sure with my life. ( In fact, he has literally saved it ).

The staff are very nice their hands are obviously tied by some very interesting policies and practices. Julia Marshall seemed very professional and knowledgeable and if I didnt have to deal with everything by else I would have. considered keeping her as my PCP.
The policies of this practice are absolutely insane. I waited three hours to see a provider had all my blood taken up front. And my results are held hostage. I must wait two weeks to make an appointment despite the fact that my results are indeed in today(confirmed by staff on the phone). I cant pick up results to share with another provider, I can not get results over the phone. There is no online portal. It is 2024 this is something I am very surprised by. I am seeing a specialist now a week later and I have no results to share and will likely just have to get repeated blood draws again. I would not recommend unless you have the better part of a day to kill for an appointment and a whole other day to kill to then obtain any results. The office staff is overwhelmed I was on hold for twenty minutes and hung up on (distinct click of the telephone). I spoke with one person who insisted I could only see one provider to discuss my results who is not even the provider I originally saw! I called back once I triple checked who my previous appointment was with and again it was confirmed the policy is I must meet with a provider to have any access at all to my results. I know they get paid for an additional appointment appointment but this particular money grab seems egregious and prohibitive of safe patient care. This is not a common standard of care anywhere.
