Salon 311 is absolutely amazing!!! Jamie, the owner, is so kind, talented, and goes above and beyond for her clients! Angelina did my highlights, balayage, and cut, and she was just phenomenal!! I will be highly recommending salon 311 to my family and friends, and will without a doubt be returning! Services: Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling, Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring

I dont normally go the extent to write a review, especially a bad one. However, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided. Salon 311 was recommended by a coworker that is a loyal customer and I figured Id check them out. Let me start off by saying that I was told that I would receive a call on multiple occasions to schedule my appointment to dye my hair, and I never received a call. I had to constantly call to make an appointment and got the run about from different receptionists.
I had previously inquired with Brianna about a hair color that I wanted to achieve a few months ago. I understand that Brianna may not remember as she has many clients and I inquired about the color in May. I suggested to send a picture of the color I want to achieve, as well as how my hair currently looks.
Despite the explanation to the receptionist, she kept insisting for me to come in for a consult. Once I said if Brianna is there, is there any way you can show her the pictures I sent yesterday? And without hesitation as Im on hold, Im assuming she spoke to Brianna and had to wait for her to come look at the picture.
I refused to hold for any longer and decided to hang up the phone, and made the decision not to give this salon service!

We are very sorry you feel like this but there was no service provided for you at our Salon. Yes a call was placed which we explained to you for a color change from extremely dark to bright blonde, we required a consultation with our stylists. A consultation is only to ensure you that we can get your hair to where you want it without you leaving unsatisfied or not being able to service you that day due to a incorrect appointment booking . At that point you stated to our front desk you could not come in for our complimentary consultation, in that case it does take time for the stylist to see your pictures because we received your goal picture one business day and the next business day received your current hair picture. We can not book an appointment as explained to you without a consultation because we plan out and map your experience and hair goals at Salon 311 so there are no unrealistic promised results. This is just more of a reason why communication and a hair plan is so important to us.
