I have never had such a fabulous customer service experience. Michael was so knowledgeable, so patient; he walked me through the entire process of getting a propane generator. He could have easily just done his job of explaining MTS Power System's responsibility, and sold me a generator. Instead, I got outstanding guidance, no sales pressure, and information about what was NECESSARY for my emergency power needs vs. what would be ideal. (I chose the ideal). Getting this propane generator was a complicated project; MTS Power Systems and Michael effortlessly led me through it. If I had to rely only on the knowledge of the various other players involved (i.e. the propane company, the Town of Huntington), I never would have been able to figure out what to do. I recommend this company without reservation. MTS Power Systems is straight up the best business I have ever dealt with in my life.

I have never been involved with such arrogant and incompetent business. Our new generator has failed three times in a row and they have not cleaned the machine, arguing that this is not their responsibility.
Their service man is slovenly and rude...the only workman who refused to wear a mask. I wish we had

After a tropical storm knocked out my power, I contacted MTS Power and they responded and acted quickly. MTS and his crew are very professional and does really great work. They don’t cut corners, are very communicative and reasonably priced. They were also able to address specific needs of my house. I was relieved and thrilled to know none of the food in my refrigerator will spoil because of the generator MTS have set-up. Overall, a job very well done! Highly recommend.
