Caring about the customer to a completely other level:
Yesterday I bought a bouquet of flowers for our baby shower. The bouquet was absolutely stunning. After I purchased it, my wife and I realized the cake we bought didnt have any design or wording on top. The shower was starting in 15 minutes and Jeanette could tell I was panicking a bit. I asked her if I could buy a few flowers to attempt to decorate the top of the cake and, recognizing I may botch the cake attempting to decorate it myself, she volunteered to physically walked with me to the venue to help decorate it. Not only that, but she enlisted the help of the neighboring The Chocolate Duck who provided icing so Jeanette could write on the cake as well. She literally made our day and was completely selfless in doing so. We wont forget it. This are the type of people and businesses you go out of your way to support. Thank you to Jeanette and her team!!

I placed an order for a local delivery on a Friday and was told by Christina it wouldn't be a problem. I ordered a "Large" dish garden for $79.99 with a total of approx. $96.00 (tax/delivery/scamming fee...).
The shop didn't deliver until Saturday and I was later told, it began snowing so, they took the delivery back to the shop. I actually worked at this florist for 10 years (delivering) under the previous owner and if a recipient wasn't home, we left a card at the door advising it was left at a neighbors. What florist takes all of the deliveries back to the shop if it begins to snow?
Additionally, the owner, advised me they delivered a 10" dish garden. I advised her, the website identifies a 10" dish garden as a medium for $69.99 and the large for $79.99 so, they intentionally delivered a lower grade item than what I paid for.
When I made mention of this, I was then ignored. Should you place an order with these thieves, call the recipient and make certain they receive what you paid for. This shop was voted the "best" a couple years in a row. What they don't mention is that they're the best at scamming customers and charging you more than what you end up getting. Then they kick you to the curb once they have your money.

I can not express the amount professionalism while also being personable.
I called the day of a funeral due to the holiday and all the craziness. I was very last minute. The owner was more than helpful and not even worried about my time frame. She got it done for us and we thank you from our hearts. 10 out of 10 recommend.
