I Scheduled a 1 time service 3 months ago. I Paid $418. Since then , they have charged me for totes they never dropped off and pick up fees for those same totes that WERE NEVER dropped off . This scamming game they continue to do has Racked my bill up to $1300+. Ive called them every other week to resolve this misunderstanding, but instead, I am sent a new invoices with a higher amount due. It seems they have no idea how to stop scamming me. I dont not recommend them for small businesses. Ill just pay a local teen to shred my papers next time.

This morning, I drove to the Ithaca Mall for a free shredding event hosted by CFCU, a community credit union. A truck from Shred-It was scheduled to arrive before 10 am. They never did, and no one would answer their phone. Likely HUNDREDS of cars came during the next two hours with boxes of documents to shred. The truck never came and no one involved couId get an explanation. People agreed that we should shred Shred-It. They will not be getting repeat business from that bank, nor, I hope, from any other business nor community institution here. Their reputation in Ithaca NY is shredded.

Scheduled online, took cc info. They called the day they were supposed to pick up and said they could not make the service. Said that I never should have been able to book online. Woman on the phone was super rude about it. Unreal. Also, Pro-Shed is much cheaper.
