I paid in full in advance for his landscaping design and gave him the 3 mo deadline I needed to meet for the design for the Town review process. He never gave me one iteration of a plan (just an enlargement of my PDF survey to draw MY concepts on in color). He claimed hed spent all the hours of the payment on our discussions and his research. He said that I was not due any refund even though I got zero work product from him. I had hoped to use him to purchase the plants and oversee the installation but at the rate he was moving it would have been next year until things were finished. I took on the project myself and got it all completed in time to meet the Towns deadline and get their approval and have my gardener do the installation of the materials I purchased. Hamptons SilverLeaf Landscaping has transformed my property from an empty lot into a dreamy outdoor space. Kevin decorated my homes exterior as an interior designer does to home interiors. He helped me through the cumbersome permit process, designed and installed beautiful plantings, and takes exquisite care of my property. I have layers of color and foliage and cant wait to see each plant blossom and grow each year. My property has matured and now boasts beautiful lawns and gardens!
Staying home was made easy with the beautiful surroundings Hamptons Silverleaf developed around me. I cant thank Kevin enough.
