Our daughter attended the Clifton Park site. She loved it, it was always very clean, and the staff is/was lovely.

If you are thinking of leaving your child in the care if this facility, don't.  We have used 3 local daycares over the time we have raised our children here in Clifton Park. This place is hands down the worst facility.  The lead teacher is rude, unprofessional and absolutely obnoxious. Their policies are overbearing and always favor the facility over the families they work and children they care for. The children do not get the attention that they need or deserve. If you are looking for a daycare that will treat your child with love and care I would recommend you look elsewhere. Two of our children had behavioral problems after attending this daycare which never happened prior to them going there. It has been a bit of a process to undo the bad they learned at this facility. Run.

If you're thinking about working here or enrolling your child, don't. I wish someone had warned me how awful this place is to work at before I applied. I worked here for a long period of time, ignoring so many red flags for too long. First off, whenever I expressed a concern to the bosses about a child, it was never taken seriously/ no action was ever taken. If you're a parent, I would not send your child here because they do not get proper care or their needs met. And I can't forget to mention how rude the lead preschool teacher Kristen is at the Clifton park location.. As someone way older then me, I expected her to be mature and treat the employees with respect. instead, she made my time working here very miserable as she would constantly give me the cold shoulder when we needed to communicate about the children or were working in the same room, she would make rude comments to me/ talk to me in a rude tone in front of the children, slam doors while children were sleeping, and I never once said anything, I kept my composure as we were in our work place, in front of children, but she continued to treat me like this through the entirety of me working here. She was sadly one of the main reasons I quit this job, so that says a lot. bosses here also pick favorites and talk badly about every single employee behind their back (I know this because most of the things were said in front of me so i heard a-lot). they also make employees come in to work knowing they are sick (even during Covid because they are "too understaffed"). There's always a revolving door of employees as well because nobody stays due to how bad this job is. Take it from me, do not work here or send your child here.

CPS called to notify me that there was an incident at her daycare, where my daughter was found unsupervised at the pond along with some other preschoolers. This happened while she was supposed to be in the care of her preschool teachers at Learning to Know in Saratoga. They were outside and not paying attention to the kids and on their phone and a nearby resident saw them unsupervised by the water and thankfully reported it. I was also made aware that the food that they have been serving is inedible, such as burnt black pizza and burnt blackened macaroni and cheese. The Saratoga location is pending getting there license revoked and they have three counts of corporal punishment on the OCFS website. Please do not take your kids here, it is not safe.
