Went today for a phone cover. Waited 20 minutes to get waited on. Then the rep had to go look for the key yo the cabinet. Then he couldn't open his computer app. Waited 10 more minutes and he says the computer wont let him in so he could've sell me the cover. I said I'd pay cash and he could finish the transaction later when he figured out his computer. He said he didn't have a "till" and couldn't do it. He kept saying I'd be better off at Walmart???? The world if full of disfunction I. Employees rely on their computers and most of them aren't smart enough to operate them. Scary.

Did not have a good experience, waited over an hour to turn in 4 cable boxes, should be one section for cable tv/ internet and one for phone sales and service

Horrible customer service. Unfortunately this company really only operates through it is a business and we have to do things our way and they do not take ownership of their mistakes. I had called and cancelled a promotional service they talked me in to at the store. After my bill increasing twice over the year I decided to look into it and realized they continued on with the service even though they had record of my calling to cancel. They said they could only retroactively repay me for 60 days out of the year that they over charged me. And that they wouldnt even fully repay me. That they were going to raise my bill by $20 a month and then only give me $10 per month. Making my credit $20 vs the hundreds they stole from me. I even had one of the reps I spoke with tell me that this is not the first time this has happened to a customer. After speaking with several people I have been advised to take legal action. This is just to forewarn people to be careful when getting involved with Spectrum.
