Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Rita. I had questions about my hot tub. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am a recent hot tub owner and Rita gave me some tips to keep my tub operating safely. I will DEFINITELY return to Pool Brite for all my spa needs. Thank you Rita for taking all the time with me tonight, especially so close to closing. time

I was scheduled for an opening May 23rd. It was a nice day out so I sat in the yard all day and waited for the service techs. By 2pm I grew concerned and called to check on the status. I was told the guys were still out and they would make it to me before the end of the day. I remained patient as I know that before a holiday weekend everyone wants their pool opened. But they didn't show. By Friday May 26 I called to check the status once again and was told that I turned the service men away. Which is completely false. When I asked what time this occurred because I have cameras the woman Margaret said "are you telling me, my guys are lying?"
I told her that maybe there was an address mix-up, because I was waiting for them. There is no way possible, they were turned away from my home. I asked if maybe the service men got a signature for the denial of service and she said "in these times, if my guys are told to leave, they leave" So I stated that this had to be some kind of mistake, when can we come to some kind of resolution? -- She said she would check with the service manager. I've waited several days for a call back. From Austin Hoping I would get an answer, almost pleading. Never once lost my cool, I just want more information and my pool opened. The lack of customer service, accountability, conflict resolution is hugely disappointing for any business. Even if someone called me back to tell me to pound salt, at least I would have gotten a call back.. But to completely ignore me and pass me around is exhausting. Your guys had an address mix-up and that's okay, where is the make good in this? I have video footage with time stamps to prove that they were never on the property that I can provide. At this point I feel defeated and can't help but feel like this was personal for some reason. Wasted a great holiday weekend on nonsense.
