We were lost and Matt helped us find our way. Due to care conditions, we needed to move mom to a new facility. After weeks of endless phone calls and dead-ends, we were finally referred to Oasis Senior Advisors. From that moment on, everything fell into place. To begin, Matt went out right away and met with mom to get a firsthand feel for her needs. That personal touch was greatly appreciated. Next, Matt provided eight options for us. We used on-line resources to conduct a detailed review of each option, which helped us narrow down to three high quality options. Matt had all three facilities visit and assess mom to determine if they could meet her care needs. Two said they could and provided us with details regarding how they would meet mom's needs and gave us virtual tours. The decision was extremely difficult to make, as both options demonstrated that they would love and care for mom. We ultimately chose one based on location and a few other amenities. We are highly confident that the new facility will provide very high quality care for mom. We are deeply grateful for Matt and the support he provided along the way. As we are all out of town, without his assistance we may have found it near impossible to find a high quality place for mom. Thank you Matt!

Shannon from Oasis is wonderful She helped find placement for my mother that went in assisted living facility. She helped guide us through the process and was there every step of the way in finding facilities for our mother as her level of care changed a few times. She treated my mother like family with numerous check ins on her and our family. I can not emphasize enough how much she truly cared and helped. We couldnt have done this without her help. Very grateful for everything she has helped us through.

Tracy was fantastic with our family member that needed to move from living alone to assisted living. She found places for us to tour and took the time to sit with us and discuss our options. She returned our calls promptly and checked on us often. We are thankful for all Tracy and Oasis did for our family.
There are so many questions when you get to this point in your life. What would be best for my family member, who do we reach out to, how will we get them to their regular doctor. Tracy made sure we felt comfortable with all of it before we moved our family member. She is compassionate, Caring, and very knowledgeable. I highly suggest using Tracy when you are ready to make the move to some kind of senior living, she is the BEST!
