We drove up from Alabama for a Bills game and our RV had a DEF sensor issue on the day we were supposed to leave. The first place we called couldnt get us in for a few days and recommended these guys. We got it to them late afternoon on Monday, they had to order the part but they still had us on the road the next day. We met some of the nicest people in Buffalo. Thanks for all your efforts and hospitality. GO BILLS!!!

My ONan generator stopped working. I had just serviced it. Cummins is the present "Authorize dealer" onan. They charged me almost $600 told me that the stater was shorted was no longer available and tried to sell me a new unit. On top of that they told me the new unit will have to be modified to be able to fit into my motorhome. I decided to go for a second opinion so I took it to Molly magnetics here in Buffalo. Molly magnetics deals with motors of all sorts and I figured if it's the stater they could possibly rewind it because that is what they do. Upon inspection for which they charge me $75 they said there was nothing wrong with the stater they cleaned it up because the generator has been sitting for quite a while and they said that the regulator went bad.  I had them fix it and they reinstalled it in my motorhome which is a 1993 pace arrow. That runs like a top. First my suggestion would be check to see if there's an out put from the generator by putting something into the AC electric outlet plug to see if it works when you kick the generator on. Next I would never take it to Cummins but will find a good motor company that works on commercial motors to try to fix it. If there's no output it's probably the regulator. The other thing you could check the fuel filter to make sure that it's not clogged and you're getting a full flow of gas to the generator. Molly magnetics charge me $1500 for the entire job including reinstallation into my camper while Commons charge me $600 for a misdiagnosis of my problem and an attempt to upsell me on something that I didn't need. The generator now runs like new.  This review is also running on RV websites.

This company did a GREAT job with servicing our Class A Motorcoach. Chris answered all of our questions thoroughly, returned our calls promptly, took great care of our coach and even adjusted the invoice appropriately when the work took less hours than originally quoted. We would recommend them to anyone.
