Arrived on time, answered my questions and went out of their way to save me money.
Fixed a ten year old washer to like new.
Thought it was the motor which wouldve been very expensive.
Took the time to look further and saved me $200.
Fixed the problem. Spent alot of time to do so and didnt charge me more.

I contacted Buffalo Appliance Repair regarding a refrigerator repair. They were able to accommodate a next day appointment which was weeks earlier than other companies. After a discussion about the type, age and issues with the refrigerator, they honestly told me that a repair would likely be costly based on the symptoms and would involve ordering parts. Their honesty led me to decide to cancel the appointment and purchase a new fridge. I can’t say enough about how honest, upfront and helpful these folks are. Such a rare thing these days. I highly recommend them.

Rocky was amazing! He went above and beyond! I've never had a service person as good as this guy. He checked and doubled checked my dryer to makes sure Everything was working as it should plus he vaccumed it out completely. turned out my dryer was Fine...thought might be the breaker. He went to home depot and bought a breaker...wasn't the problem.turns out it was the electric outlet that was faulty.He went back to home depot and bought new one and replaced the faulty outlet even though he didn't have to! I now have a working dryer and safe outlet and a new breaker And the fee was Amazily Affordable!! Will Certainly use them again and refer them! I just wish I could give them 10 stars! THANK YOU!!
