image Dr. John is a wonderful veterinarian. I have been coming to his office for over thirty years . He is so kind and gentle with all my dogs. He never over charges us for his services . I highly recommend him to everyone. We love him .

image Ive been coming here for 14 years Ive had zero problems. The girls at the front desk are fantastic. They take their time to answer your questions. Very informative. Frank who works in the back is absolutely the best so is Dr. John and his staff I wouldnt go anywhere else in the world I highly recommend this place 1000%. I have gone on vacation and Ive left my dogs there very satisfied the dogs dont even complain Great place highly recommend I would not go anywhere else

image This is Glendys, the young woman who left a review below. I decided to call this establishment and speak to the manager regarding the experience my sister had here this Monday, as they stated I could do in their response to my review below. When I spoke to Nicole, I tried to be very professional and discuss some topics that I thought could be improved as a customer. I first spoke to two front desk staff, the second girl was Sheynne. This is the girl all the negative reviews are about and the manager, Nicole confirmed that for me. When they answer the phone, they do not say Hi my name is ____, how may I help you. Instead they answer the phone with an attitude quickly saying animal hospital of Brooklyn with no other comments. When I spoke to Nicole, I explained to her that I wanted to have an adult conversation with no disrespect. They questioned why I left the review if I was not the customer. I explained to them that I do not need to visit a place to leave a review as I was on the phone and I heard the attitude and disrespect Sheyenne had on the phone. I also explained that my sister agreed with what I said in the review, which is why I left it. Another topic I brought up to Nicole was sharing pets blood results on google reviews as well as the front desk staff taking time out of their day to leave a detailed response to every customer who leaves a negative review. Nicole rudely responded that her team does not deal with reviews, that corporate does. I have reached out to corporate as this is disgusting and disrespectful to the privacy of their owners pet and the owner as well. I also spoke to Nicole about the sign thats posted regarding no verbal abuse to the front desk. I explained to Nicole that this sign is a direct response to the treatment customers service when they come in anxious with their pets and no one is helping them and they are only presented with negative attitude and rudeness. I explained to her that the verbal abuse toward her staff would stop if she fosters a positive work environment with her staff and sits down to talk about their attitude. Nicole rudely interrupted stating Let me stop you right there because you DO NOT know the field nor you know why the sign was put there in the first place. I did know that I needed to work in the veterinary field in order to provide feedback on your staffs attitude and yours as well. Nicole also told me that Sheyenne LIED one me and stated that I cursed her out when I asked for her manager, which I NEVER did. I have reported this business to the BBB as corporate probably does not care about their staffs practices.

image Since I am the owner and customer of Summer and you explained that my sister should not have left my review, let me leave my own. This is not about the vets nor this is about any front desk staff beside Shyanne Redicki. The vets and vet assistant were all nice and respectful. Shyanne is TERRIBLE for a front desk staff. When I was there they did not keep me informed on the next steps so I was just sitting there. When I did go up to her or whenever I called, they made it seem like i was bothering them. This is completely unacceptable for someone who is new to the practice and doesnt know what to expect. I feel extremely unwelcome and I will not be returning.
