I just had my cable installed my tech Dominick did a excellent job wires were meticulously installed he arrived on time the remote glow in the dark are with a rubber coating has voice command and the cable boxes r tiny no big ugly boxes dated like Optimum uses the tower is white modern decor unlike optimum crap  , and my cabel is 90 percent faster and a lot cheaper  I have much more channels Thk u Verizon superb work Thk God I got out of that Optiumum contract it was worst than my marriage yuk

Came here one week ago to pick up my new phones, had a great experience with the team working here, super friendly and answered all my questions.
Today on 3/4/2023 i had a horrible experience with a woman named Rosa who should not be working customer service. Had a few questions and right off the bat she starts talking like shes doing me some sort of favor, kept myself professional and straight to the point, she interepted me mid sentance a few times so i ignored it, the last straw was as im explaining my question to her she interupts me again midsentance and i ask if she will let me speak to which she smirks and after a long pause and staring at me says "Go ahead" after which i realized its pointless to continue the conversation and told her politely that she is the rudest Verizon Rep ive ever encountered to which she had the nerve to reply " The feeling is mutual"
Im praying for the sake of the store reputation that she is not the manager, because if she is, this store won't have any decent reputation pretty soon.
