Tyrese is amazing. He is professional and so thorough. He really helped me when my movers did a shoddy job or packing the unit requiring me to secure a second one last. He was all can do and efficient while being human. Honestly, the entire staff at this facility is a pleasure to work with.

Staff always greet you with a warm welcome and always professional. The staff is very helpful and very understanding. The facility and outside store is always cleaned. The prices are more affordable than most storage places. I will recommend here to anyone who is looking for storage.

on February 28 I went to visit the storage at 900 Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn once I opened the locks I realize 50% of my collectible were gone. I was devastated I call management immediately and the police. I realize that they got into the unit through the top of the storage. management told me theres always a security guard making rounds. I said nobody saw this. This takes time it was over 20 boxes or more. I called a moving company to get the rest of my stuff out immediately. usually thieves always come back for seconds. inside job? detective on the case said were looking at everything. Once I got my stuff home and took inventory, thats when reality hit me about $10-$12,000 of collectible items were gone. Things that could never be replace again. Total nightmare for me. so if you have a storage unit, be careful.
