How lucky I was to find Joanna! I have bought and sold homes in 3 states and NEVER had a Realtor work harder than Joanna. NEVER. I had a difficult property to sell and she was referred to me from 2 different places. She is honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. She keeps in touch and always took my calls. I don't know how she did it as she had other clients and I am sure they got her full service also. I HIGHLY recommend her

Joanna Mayfield Marks has been an amazing person in this very complex mosaic of selling our co-op apt. shares in Bklyn, NY She has gone over and above anything I ever experienced or expected. Joanna helped clean out our yard, she staged the apt. so it looked so beautiful! Joanna's advice, her wisdom, her strength and her compassion all came together in our dealings with her. I consider Joanna an angel in many ways. She brought us peace of mind in all the complexities that come with selling the shares of our apt. Beyond 5 Stars! I closed the sale of my Park Slope coop at above asking price today! Just like you, I had googled tons of reviews to best select an agent. As a first-time seller, I was very apprehensive about this whole unknown process before me. I met a few brokers but Joanna stood out as she saw the value of my pre-war apartment unlike the rest who advised renovations. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely down to earth, and as one of the most genuine individuals Ive ever known, Joanna held my hands patiently from day 1. She staged my apartment artfully, advised a just right listing price, and was always positive, in communication, and readily available for any questions and concerns. I felt extremely supported by Joanna and trusted her to work her magic. And magic she accomplished; we had gotten multiple offers! Selling from out of state, I was worried about the potential time and energy required in the process but other than cleaning up prior to staging, I feel like I hardly lifted a finger!
