I hate the same experience. I don't what happened to Nas, but I know I don't have a baby's photos. We had such a positive experience with her in 2012, but she completely checked out in 2014. We took maternity photos in October 2013 and then newborn photos in January 2014. Of these photos, I have 4 (2 that I paid extra for separately) and a birth announcements that I did not receive until April. She was paid in full and I have a total of 5 pictures when I paid extra for a hardcover book. I guess court is my only recourse.

She's a thief and a liar. She worked from 10:30 to 5:00 which was 6.5 hours and I paid for 10 hours of service. When I asked for a refund of the unused time, she refused and held my photos hostage. I had to take her to court in order to get the pictures. Of course she denies that she left early but the first picture is time stamped 10:30am and the last picture is time stamped 5:00PM and there are no pictures of my wife and I driving away, which is a standard wedding photo. Thought I was safe in going with somebody that I've known since high school but clearly I was wrong.
