We had a great experience with Anita of Brooklyn Photography! We hired her to do a newborn shoot. She was extremely responsive on email and text and flexible on scheduling. She arrived to our apartment on time and brought props as requested. She was patient with our little one, gently coaxing her into some great poses. She accounted for our requests while also applying her expertise. She spent the full three hours capturing as many shots as she could and got us our digital gallery very promptly (within a few days). She was also very responsive to a couple edits we requested. The only possible ding would be that she didn't bring a ton of creativity to the shoot -- she largely took traditional pictures or photos we requested -- but this makes sense for a newborn shoot since they don't yet have much "character" to capture yet anyway. We would definitely work with Anita again for future family photos!

I had a great experience with Anita; she took the time to find a number of different backdrops for the photo shoot of my family and everyone involved was very happy with the result. A real pro.

We started working with Anita in 2013 to take annual photos of our kids, and they've been wonderful somehow she knows how to play around with settings and looks and somehow gets great shots, different every time. Anita captured some magical moments that I'll be looking at years from now when my kids are grown and gone. She recently photographed a large party for us, and once again, it's magic. Thank you Anita!
