The worst pharmacy ever. They take forever to fill your prescriptions.
1.Pharmacy opened 20 mins after it was supposed to.
2. When I spoke to the pharmacist she states my medication is not ready. Over an hr after it was sent. I asked her when it would be ready she said 30 mins.
3. After waiting 30 mins for them to open. I decided to wait another 30 mins. I sat there for over an hr and still no prescription.
Terrible!! Just Terrible!!

All I can say is that the chick who work the register in the pharmacy is one nasty rude disrespectful and I will leave the rest for you to finish. I would love to call her all the names in the book but I wont.

Customer service is top notch. On two separate occasions I was helped beyond the standard and wish the stores by where I lived were as well staffed as this rite aid

The worst Rite Aid in Brooklyn. The lines are long, the staff is dismissive, and they start closing long b4 the store is due to close. Extremely poor customer service, throw the whole establishment away!
Deon isnt equipped to mop the floors let alone manage the store. Bring back CVS or start selling tampons at dollar tree bcuz I will NEVER shop at this Rite Aid again!
