I am reposting my views based on this firm inability to resolve my second hearing since November of 2023. I have reached out to the paralegal including the attorney assigned to the case and no one has returned any email messages including the fact that the attorney assigned to my virtual hearing made it known that he knew the opposition attorney. This is a conflict of interest and I want a new workers compensation hearing ASAP to resolve my workplace accident.
