I left this place literally in tears and I am not being dramatic at all. I was brought here by a friend on a Monday not a busy day at all. A Russian woman with Blonde hair did my toes. First she cut my nails short when I clear informed her in the beginning not to. Then she cut all of them slanted I told her about it and she still didn't fix them, no biggie I said I could live with that error so I didn't make a fuss about it. Then she starting filing my nail down with the machine and cut the side of my big toe. It gets worst she then cut quarter of my second toe nail OFF! The third and fourth are cut pretty bad as well. I don't even understand how she possibly did that then tried to offer me to put acrylic on🤦🏾‍♀️ absolutely not! I spoke with the owner and showed him what she did and he began scolding her about telling her in the past about cutting and watching videos at the same time which she was doing at the time she was doing my nails. The owner charge me half price which is even more outrageous 😤 but I paid it and walked out. Below I have pictures of the damage. Do NOT go here!!!
