        Dr. Oleg Nashtatik billed my insurance $480.00 for 3 x-rays and a 15 minute consultation (no dental work). I later went to a different dentist for the exact same x-ray and consultation and was billed only $96.00 for much better results and service. Oleg is also extremely impatient and seems to be only looking out for money, not his patients' dental health.
