I cannot prove this, but I have a feeling an employee spits in the guacamole. Ive been eating at this place for years and just recently there seems to be a saliva situation going on (Never happened before after years of eating this). When I take a bite its this clear gooey spit like thing happening. I will never choose Quac (or any sauce) ever again at this place just to be on the safe side. I apologize if I disgusted anyone. Trust me Im very disgusted and took only 1 bite before throwing my 13$ burrito in the trash. Lifes scary when you also have to worry about the food you eat.

I have ordered from this chipotle numerous times and every single time something has been wrong with my order. Items missing, food is cold, burrito bowl comes half empty and guacamole often comes looking grey. I will never be eating from here again.

Used to like this place but not anymore. I ran over to try the pollo asado during my lunch break. I stood by the counter waiting to get the guy's attention, but the guy kept walking around intentionally ignoring me. He went over and talked to a guy who was chopping chicken into small bits. Once he was done with the conversation the guy started sweeping around. Finally after a long while he came over to me and blurted out that they were only accepting online orders. I tried asking him why he didn't tell me that as soon I walked in, but he just walked away from the counter towards the back of the kitchen. When I got back to work I was told that this has been going on for a couple of months and they always ignore the customers who come in. They should have put a big sign on the window and by the counter instead of wasting people's precious time.

Ingredients are not fresh & they are cooked terribly. Rice is stuck together, steak is tough & uncut, lettuce is old, and beans are not fresh. Disgusting!
I have ordered from here 3 times in the past 2 years, both takeout & delivery and the quality has not improved at all.

Horrible service all around from the servers to the young man at the register. The food was cold and the chicken was tasteless. Also they ran out of dressing for the salad. I definitely will no longer be a customer nor recommend.
