Ok the time I want there got a ticket and before I sat in the waiting room my number was called I haven't even sat down yet I went to a place and wasn't seen for about 20 minutes I like it there people are nice I mean when I walked in the waiting room 5 people saw me and my walker and got up and I was happy about it got my medicaid back on one month before covid 19 started but if you don't want to stand in go to the Brooklyn one it would be better

Racist, very bad attitude, impatient, and no customer service at all. Really would like to make a complaint about the person who picked up my call today, she sounds very unprofessional and very unhappy about her job. However, someone told me there's no way to complain about them, as they are the state employees, they got the permanent job and never will be fired, so they don't care, they can just treat the people whatever the way they want to. Very shameful about them, and shameful about the government hiring this kind of low educational people to represent them.
