        William and Lanier very honest and upfront people and will get the job done the best they can. Yes certain things can be time consuming but its get done perfectly. Lets not forget the mechanics who put their best effort into fixing all the cars situations.

        Service manager and associates are not to be blamed. However, they are representing a company that doesnt seem to care about the consumer. They need to stand up to Hyundai and kick this to upper management. Brand new Hyundai with transmission replacement. Issues continue to persist while a loaner/rental is never available. Where else to turn to? At least Plaza Hyundai is getting famous on TikTok.
