They charged us over $1600 to essentially clear the drain pipe. But the main issue to me was that they didn't give me this price until they were well into the labor and it was essentially already too late to say no. After doing some research online and speaking with others in the neighborhood this shouldn't have cost more than $400-500 Max. Shame on me for not asking for the price before they started. But the line between their diagnostic work and the commencement of the repair was fluid. They went ahead with the repair and then called me from the roof to drop the bad news (for me) / good news (for them). To make matters worse, there is still a leak. When I called them the following day, the gentleman said that they couldn't do anything about it, and suggested that I turn off the unit when we are away and use it sparingly. Proceed with caution. Great service same day service. Often when you need plumbing or electrical emergency service, you don't get it for the same day. But with Hydrotech, I called them through Google, they came about 3 to 4 hours and got the job in a matter of minutes, with zero mess. Professionally done, and affordable too, since my landlord was expecting the job to cost alot, I did pay no where near that amount. Thanks for the great service.

Great service, fast, convenient and professional. Guys arrived within an hour of scheduling an appointment day of service. My central air was back up and running within an hour. I'd definitely recommend Hydrotech for HVAC services.
