Going on five years at the Brooklyn Dialysis Center. Excellent care, doctor attention and referral(s), patient support system, follow ups, holiday & 'bad weather' planning and work arounds & excellent transportation help. The facility areas are kept cleaned continuously. Whatever is reasonably possible they do for patients.
As with an group services, there are hiccups here and there, but workarounds are possible, they will work with you and for you to resolve any issue(s). The facility also has a suggestion box for feedback, which is reviewed, seriously attended to and with follow ups. They strive to give the best care any patient would be proud to be part of. They work with the patient to give the best care possible.. In short, they get a 5/5 from me.
