Horrible I placed an order for Valentines Day and I tracked my order till 10pm I even tried calling to track it no info was available at the end of the day the gift never arrived they are so not professional Im calling them now as Im writing this zero stars for this store

I received mold on my strawberry arrangement and flowers were practically dead :/
I have not even received a follow up or any concern from this location.

I paid $100 for flowers and edible fruits for my aunt's birthday. The delivery arrived on the same day as requested. However, the entire flower bouquet was wilted and dead.
I called the next business day, but I was not offered a new flower arrangement. Instead, I was only offered $25 for the flower portion. How would you feel about receiving dead flowers on your birthday? This was the first time I ordered from this location, and it will be the last. I will also submit a complaint to corporate. They were very dismissive and lacked empathy and apathy.
I would not take my chances ordering from this location.
