Save yourself time and money and find a therapist who knows what they are doing.
After 3 months of couples therapy and visits twice a week w my now ex. Lois could never put her finger on it that I was struggling with severe post partum depression and ptsd after having my baby. Any licensed therapist should be able to spot PPD in a new mother or any client.

Lois is a fantastic therapist who has helped me become a better partner, co-worker and family member. I can highly recommend seeing her to get in touch with your deeper self, to come to terms with any issues you've faced in your life and to build a strong foundation and connection with your emotions and experience.
