The best dental office I've ever visited in my entire life. The hygienist Gabrielle does a fantastic job. Dr. Graziano is a true professional , the office staff is amazing. Perfect Covid safety measures put you at ease. Overall a great experience.

Strictly speaking, I am not a local guide as I do not live in Bay Ridge. I do live, on the other hand, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan surrounded by hundreds of high-priced dentists. So why do I choose to travel all the way out to the very tip of Brooklyn? For the best dental care available in New York. Doctor Bob is a great guy and an excellent dentist with an altogether excellent staff. The oral hygienist, Gaby, is fabulous. In addition to their already-high professional dental care they have now raised their game by doing all they can to make your visit a safe one in this Covid-19 environment. Fees are very reasonable given the level of care each patient gets.

As usual, my experience was not only professional but also up to date with the new requirements for safety. The office is immaculate which make your visit more pleasant. Thank you to Dr. Bob and the staff.

Overall do not recommend. Lovely dental hygienist, one nice woman working the front desk, one really rude one. I found Dr. Graziano to be rude, defensive, and volatile. My experience getting fillings was awful, and he blamed me for the pain I experienced afterwards and instead of explaining to me why I might be having pain and sensitivity, just claimed that he'd "done a perfect job" and "done everything right." When I called to get my X-rays sent to another office for a second opinion on the pain the fillings continued to cause me the staff became hostile to me, even so much as when I called later to pay my bill (because it came in the mail and had no instructions on how to pay it) I was told I should pay over the phone, and avoid coming in because, direct quote, "I don't think the doctor would like you see you." Totally unprofessional, and a really awful experience. Very glad I never have to go back. Please see my Yelp review for my complete experience, as it exceeds google's character limit.
