If there was a zero star option would have choose that without any hesistation. The Dentist is nice but the stuff is Ridiculous and rude. Doesnt understand English at all. The receptionist ELENA who wasnt wearing a mask is extremely Rude, She does not understand English and wasted my time and on top of all she doesnt listens at all. My insurance card had the office name. I was showing her the Card but she refused to look at it and told me to see some other dentist. God knows she had a fight with someone that day and all she did displaced anger on me. I would prefer to pay Out of pocket but wont EVER go to this place again!

I’ve been a patient of Doctor Alla Shataif for over 5 years. Always super professional, positive and attentive. Every time I come I feel like she remembers every procedure we’ve done in the past. This personal touch makes all the difference for me. Absolutely love her and always refer all of my friends. There’s also a gorgeous girl Alena on the front desk, who always welcomes you with a warm shiny smile.

I've been a patient of Dr. Shtaif for over a decade and every single time I've been at the office its always been very professional respectful from receptionist to Dr. Shtaif!! I once had an emergency where my tooth cracked and receptionist called me asap telling me to come and she came special for me and this means alot to me!! Yes sometimes theres a wait but truth be told it shows me she takes her time on every patient she has and honestly makes me more comfortabel knowing I'm always in good hands!! If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommended and would never go anywhere else!! Thank you World Of Dentistry🙏🙏

Alla Shtaif is Absolutely the worst dentist you may possible find in Brooklyn. After 5 years I have to redo all her work and costing me already ~ 8k. Anywhere you go dentist asking who did this terrible work and most of them know her and NOT surprised ! If you are ready to wait for hours to get seated, answer same stupid questions and literally she will do your tooth in 30 seconds because there are another 3-4 patients are waiting.... anyway - Stay Away !
