Totally unprofessional and rude. Waited an hour to go inside for the doctor to tell me that the hygienist is not in today. Why make me wait when you could have told me an hour before or call before to inform me and not waste my time.

Unfortunately they are very disorganized and irresponsible. I have scheduled an appointment two times over a two week period. Every time it is time for the appointment they say the doctor is not in and only the hygienist is in. When they have failed to tell me prior of my appointment to change primary dentist on my insurance. I accepted and rescheduled for a week after to see the doctor not the hygienist. Today I call to make sure what time the appointment is and I get another excuse on why the doctor isn’t in today and now I have to reschedule for an appointment that’s half a month away from here. These people mislead and give bogus information or not even give any information in order to help their patients. I need to see a dentist not a hygienist. Why is it that only the hygienist is always in the office and the doctor is nowhere to be found. These people play games with their patients and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to consider coming here. Very rude , misleading and unprofessional
