Dr. Lucy Milman, DDS

Do NOT go here. I booked a dental cleaning here and when I arrived x rays were done which took only a few minutes and was told by Dr. Milman that she can’t do a cleaning for me because I have no underlying issues and that my insurance would not cover a cleaning. She then told me if I wanted to do a cleaning I would need to pay $100 in Cash out of pocket. I refused and left and later called my insurance to verify if they covered a cleaning which they said yes. I then booked a dental cleaning appointment at a different dental office several weeks later. Upon going in for my appointment I was informed after they looked up my insurance that a cleaning was done by Dr.Milman recently and therefore they couldn’t take me because Dr.Milman already billed and got paid through my insurance. For a service she refused to do unless I paid out of pocket in CASH and yet she billed my insurance for a service she did not perform. And because of the unprofessionalism, I am now unable to get a cleaning from another dental office and fighting to have charges removed by my insurance company.

Dr. Milman is good at her craft. She's an exceptional dentist. When I moved my teeth fell into disrepair and I am now traveling to see her to fix them.
