Good place to go if you want flex walls but don't expect any courtesy or professionalism from them afterwards. Seems like all they care about is money and don't value their customer at all. I've used their service for 3 years myself but will be looking to work with other companies in the future.

Wall2Wall was incredible to work with. They knew exactly what I was looking for and got me on the schedule super quickly. Additionally, Lana was very responsive and assisted with any changes/updates that I had to make. I would highly recommend!

I would recommend W2W—with reservations. The wall itself is great and I think is a good value, compared to alternative ways of making space in small apartments. But this is a company with serious communication problems. I was in touch with one person online and over the phone (Lana) who helped create a plan for the wall, but Lana didn’t communicate everything we needed to the installation team, and also didn’t tell us what the team would need in terms of space and time (she told us the installation usually took 2 hours; it took at least 8 hours).
The one significant problem I had with the wall itself was with the bookshelf—it was installed with shelves about 21 inches apart, which is much too widely spaced to actually be used for books. I had to install my own shelves and paint them to make it functional. So if you’re having a bookshelf built, make sure to specify how many shelves and the spacing before you begin.
The root problem is this: this is a construction company that doesn’t have a lead contractor or project manager, a person who comes in advance to consult with you about the space and runs the show on the day of the installation. They have remote salespeople and installers who don’t have the skills or authority to help the customers make important decisions. You never get the feeling that anyone is in charge—or accountable for mistakes. Obviously the business is set up this way to save money, but they would get better reviews if they had better customer service—especially on-site consultations before the work begins.
