A & Faye Bed and Breakfast

We highly recommend A and Faye. We booked the entire bed and breakfast for 5 days in March 2024 for my son's wedding at the Picnic House in Prospect Park. The location was perfect. Every room was extremely comfortable and it is obvious Phil and Faye pay close attention to every detail. Every room had every amenity and toiletry, etc. we could have possibly needed. The highlight of every day was the breakfast and the chance to visit with Phil. He is very charming and witty and provides a delightful start to every day.

Stayed for a few days for a concert playing at the Kings Theater. Wonderful experience and wed definitely stay here again when visiting. Thank you!

Ok where do I start ?
Location is superb! Being in Brooklyn it was away from the chaos and on a peaceful block however so close to so many restaurants, stores , close to so many different train stations, parks , ice skating etc .
I had an amazing view on the top floor over looking the park . We just left in January 2024 and got to see snow. My kids never saw it and loved it! Ran outside to play in the snow was a memory they will never forget.
The breakfast is amazing ! The fact that we could walk down stairs in our pajamas for breakfast was amazing. This experience sets them apart from any Airbnb in New York.
Rooms were cozy, spacious , comfortable and just right!
Hospitality top notch!
A & Faye really know how to make their guest happy. This is now my new spot when I come back to Brooklyn .
I came for a funeral and almost forgot what I came for because my and my family was comfortable and they made us feel very welcome !
Look no further if you need a place to stay ! I never write reviews , but this time its so worth it!

My wife and I spent hours looking for good accommodation in a Brooklyn. We were staying for 5 days. New York has excellent transportation, so we wanted a place that was close to the subway. This gem popped up! For the price, there is no other place in all of Brooklyn that offers you what this place offers. The owners were very nice. We mostly interacted with Phil, very nice and warm guy. He was accommodating to us as well as a friend of ours heard about our trip and wanted to join. By this point I had already paid my deposit. Phil was able to switch us into a bigger room to facilitate my Trini friend. The breakfast there is also amazing. Their eggs!!! Whooo! I told Phil I love eggs and I can eat eggs every day. Phil, sure enough, had eggs every morning there ready for me at breakfast time. The room was also nice and although the bathrooms are shared, they clean them everyday. Though, there was this time where I really wanted to urinate but it was occupied. Would definitely go again if I was head to Brooklyn. I also wanted to mention that the way how the space is designed, you can be out as late as you want but you would still have a way to inside without needing anyone to open the door for you.
