        Not my favorite location. Its in a VERY busy area of Brooklyn, and they usually only have one teller working with a line of about 10 people. If you have to use teller services here, be prepared to spend an hour minimum to get your service done.

        Whos in charge here? This place needs to be deep cleaned daily. I know the reviews arent for the workers because Ive gone here, everyone is nice especially the Asian dude, I forgot his name hes so nice. The ATM VESTIBULE IS BEYOND FILTHY. Anyone can gain access as the mechanism to the door is broken. Im literally watching my back while Im here. BOA how can you subject your employees and customers to this. SHAME

        Nia Washington was really helpful, welcoming and gave me some great tips. And as a new BoA customer, I couldnt be happier with the service she rendered, especially since I have visited 3 other BoA branches in the past week, just trying to create an account!
