        This is one of my favorite banks 🏦 for different reasons! Let me tell y’all first that I know what’s banking customer service from both sides of the cake, since I work as banker for a big bank. So whenever it comes to customer service, I try to be demanding and challenging. The service I got in this location and from Banker Lewis was simply great! And actually caught me enough to roll over some of my savings and services to Flushing Bank. Lewis went all above and beyond and also asked plenty of questions to clarify my concerns and address them accurately! That’s what makes a bank great! Not the millions in assets. Actually I had pass through terrible experiences with most of the Big banks (Chase, Citi, Cap One...) and at the end of the day all banks have THE SAMEEEEE products, they only change in pricing or the appreciation they really take for their customers and that’s exactly what I found in the Flushing Bank location. 100% recommend, both as banker and a demanding customer!
