I've known Lina since 2013 when she helped me get out of a terrible mortgage. She is very reliable, knowledgeable, thorough in explanation, listens well and obtains/provides tangible information. She guided me through my entire mortgage process. Which was a success!! I appreciate Lina for all her help throughout the years and would recommend her to anyone!!

Choosing Lina Singer to be my real estate attorney was one of the best decisions I made during my housing purchase. Immediately off the bat, it was clear that she was a professional who knew what she was doing. Even my agent told me on multiple occasions that I was in good hands, as Lina had everything under control. She was extremely thorough, full of information, super responsive, and I really felt like she cared a great deal about me. She definitely made the process a lot less stressful for me. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a place in the city.
